| Description: As the loosely translated saying goes, at least in Mexico, the little things that pack more power. It is a known fact that the smaller peppers pack the most heat, therefore, care must be taken when handling and using the serrano peppers as they are hotter than the Jalapeno. And since most of a pepper's heat comes from the ribs and seeds, please handle with care and wash your hand thoroughly after handling or wear food handling gloves when dealing with these peppers. In case of too much heat or accidental ingestion, drink milk or eat starchy foods such as bread. Do not touch or rub any part of your body after touching any peppers until you have washed your hand.
