| quick start | "All Online Stores are not created equal" Papa's Organic continues her strive to achieve the most user-friendly, feature-rich online store in an effort to bring our customers a 'hassle-free' shopping experience. As part of this relentless effort, we have put together this 'quick-start reference guide to help our valued customer effortlessly navigate, shop and checkout their purchases, quickly and effortlessly. | Products! You will find your desired products in one of our expandable Categories, and sub-categories, located to the left of the screen - in the box labeled 'browse categories' Alternatively, you can use our 'search' feature, located just above the browse category box, to quickly find specific products and product types. Click on a category to view its sub-category(s). Lets say you are looking for Organic Apples, you will click on the 'Organic Fruits' category link which will show you other sub-categories such as Organic Apples & Citrus. Click on this link and you will see the list of all the apples available for purchase. Now that you have located your category and/or product(s), lets start shopping. | Cart! Defaulted to '1', enter the quantity desired in the box. If there is a box under the 'buy' button, you will need to choose the size or weight of that product and click the "Buy" button. The page will refresh and your selected product, with its quantity and size/weight, will appear in the 'mini-cart'. Repeat the above for all your desired products and click either the 'shopping cart' button, located in the 'login' box or the 'checkout' button, located at the bottom of the 'mini-cart' box. This will take you to the shopping or viewcart page where you can review your cart. | Checkout! In the 'checkout/view-cart/shopping cart' page, you will do one or more of the following: - edit the quantity of each product in your cart and then click 'update cart' (it is very important that you update your cart if and when you edit the quantity of a product)
- delete a product from your cart.
- continue shopping.
- enter your text order or delivery instructions, if any.
- enter gift or gift card messages, if any.
- enter a discount coupon in the box field and 'update cart'.
- view our delivery information.
- view our return policy and privacy policy.
- view and edit your address book.
- Click the 'checkout' button.
